We, at Docs 4 Kids Medical Office, strive to provide quality medical care to all our children. We listen to parents' concerns and treat all kids as our own.
Sangeeta H. Patel, M.D., FAAP
Dr. Sangeeta Patel is a graduate of Government Medical College in India. She successfully completed a 3 year residency in pediatrics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Children's Hospital of New Jersey. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is also a member of Orange County Medical Association and the California Medical Association. She is active on the staff at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), St. Joseph Hospital of Orange, Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana. Dr. S. Patel lives in Tustin with her husband who is also a physician. Dr. Patel's older daughter and her husband are also doctors. Dr. Patel was the Vice Chairman Dept. of Pediatrics at St. Joseph's Hospital and Chaired the Pediatric Quality Enhancement and Collaborative Practices Committee at St. Joseph's Hospital. In her free time Dr. S. Patel enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Doctor Patel has been awarded the prestigious Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association for the last 3 years in a row.
Elizabeth McCombs RN, FNP
Elizabeth is coming to us from the practice of Drs. Eugene Litwer, MD (retired) and Scott Harrison, MD located in Santa Ana, CA where she practiced for 27 years. She has practiced in pediatrics for over 30 years. Starting at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT, and then working for Otolaryngologists in Orange, CA where she received specialty training in disease management of Ear, Nose, and Throat. Her private practice experience has qualified her to manage care of patients from birth to age 21.

In Elizabeth's free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, entertaining family and friends, hiking, and going to the beach. She enjoys donating time to various humanitarian causes, and community programs. She is married, the mother of four children, and grandmother to two adorable and perfect grandsons.

Elizabeth is passionate about her patients, and absolutely loves the privilege of providing excellent patient care.
